There is enough motion inside the fermenter (yeast, co2 and trub swirling about) that it shouldn&#039;t be a problem.  Put a t-shirt or towel over the top and let it wick up water from the tub if you&#039;re really concerned about it.  The extra evaporative cooling will help a bit.

		<description>This is the best plan ever,easy cheap and gooood !!!.I live in spain and have not been able to brew for the summer months, I looked at a whole bunch of other plans but this one is the tops ( why didnt I think of it ?.....cause I aint that smart ho ho )
