Brewing Recipe: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

in Brewing Recipes

This recipe is one every brewer should have in their repertoire. It’s probably the most cloned beer by home brewers ever. Feel free to alter the aroma hop additions if you’d like. Hopefully you won’t have too much trouble locating the Cascade hops while we’re in the midst of the great 2007 hop shortage. I’m going to plant several hop rhizomes this spring so look for some future articles on my adventures there as well.

On to the recipes then. All Grain at the top and scroll down for Partial Mash and Extract with Steeping Grains.
